Overview

This service contains information about persons and companies that don’t have any assets that the Bailiff (Namsmannen) can use as collateral for unpaid claims. It also includes information of persons where the Bailiff has decided to deduct an amount from the earnings of the person to cover unpaid claims.

When a person is looked up in this service, they will receive a letter of notice that informs them that your organization has performed a look up on them.
