Overview

Are you looking for information about rights and mortgages on items, such as inventory of a debtor or the car fleet of a company? The Register of security in movable property (Norwegian: Løsøreregisteret) has collected this in one place.

Want to know if there are registered encumbrances (heftelser) related to a person or a company? Or are you unsure if a car has encumbrances? It can be marriage contracts or bankruptcies that change the picture.

Here you can find all encumbrances such as:

• Voluntary mortgages (as in the case of collateral for loans)
• Disbursement transactions (when the bailiff takes a mortgage on assets)
• Leasing agreements
• Factoring agreements
• Marriage pacts
• Bankruptcy

Løsøreregisteret (Register of security in movable property) is owned and controlled by Brønnøysundregistrene.
Tietoevry is a distributor of the service and offer access to this information through APIs, GUI and data governance services.

Content

The service contains information about all the documents that are registered in the registry at Brønnøysundregistrene. The documents show information about the parties involved with the document, status, registration dates, assets, amounts and terms/conditions.

Agreement

To use this api in production, it's required to sign a separate agreement.

Access to test environment is free of charge. There's a yearly license cost when using the API. In addition, there will be a price per transaction or a fixed price for a limited amount of transactions.
