Overview

This service provides information about which person or combination of persons that are identified to act on behalf of the company.

Power of procuration is an authorization to sign and to act on behalf of the business in some matters. Power of procuration cannot be used to sell or mortgage the business’ real properties.

These registrations provide insight into who has the authority to enter into agreements and legally bind an organization — essential information for risk assessment, document management, and automated decision-making processes.
