Power of procuration is an authorization to sign and to act on behalf of the business in some matters. Power of procuration cannot be used to sell or mortgage the business’ real properties.
Signature is an authorization to sign and to act on behalf of the business in all matters.
These registrations provide insight into who has the authority to enter into agreements and legally bind an organization — essential information for risk assessment, document management, and automated decision-making processes.
